HOUSTON YMCA LAUNCHES MS ADAPTIVE YOGA PROGRAM 
Ease the physical symptoms of multiple sclerosis and improve your emotional outlook through breathing and stretching exercises. In partnership with the National MS Society, the Trotter Family YMCA in Houston is launching an adaptive yoga class, starting Jan. 11. DISCUSSION OF THE MONTH: PAIN IN MS 
Pain is a common symptom of MS, but one that is commonly misunderstood. In one study, up to 55% of people with MS experienced clinically significant pain.
