2016 State Action Day ... Beyond Awareness!

You are invited to be part of the MS Advocacy team at this year’s State Action Day on January 26, 2016 in Santa Fe, NM. MS Activists move beyond awareness to share their story, open a door, make a connection and engage their legislators in important discussions about the issues that affect people with MS. KICK OFF THE NEW YEAR WITH YOGA! 
Yoga is an excellent form of exercise for people with MS because it involves stretching and range of motion exercises for the whole body, which can reduce symptoms such as muscle spasticity, muscle weakness, problems with balance, and fatigue. A new 8-week adaptive yoga session is kicking off in Albuquerque on Sunday afternoons from Jan. 17 - March 6. Learn more and sign up.
