MYELIN, MOVEMENT AND THE MIND: HOT TOPICS IN MS RESEARCH - APRIL 12
Research is the driving factor in understanding the cause, management, and, hopefully one day a cure for multiple sclerosis. What we know about MS has come a long way over the years, particularly its profound effects on the critical nerve protectors known as myelin. Join us Tuesday, March 8 at 7 pm CST for a conversation with a neurologist and two psychologists in this month’s webinar as they explore research updates on myelin repair and new developments in stem cell research. They will also provide a real-life look into exercise rehabilitation and its impacts on cognition, as well as the promising treatment options offered through mindfulness and meditation that can help people with MS manage stress, improve physical and mental health, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Brought to you by Can Do MS and the National MS Society. Register for upcoming telelearnings by visiting our website.

HOW DO YOU WEIGH THE RISKS AND BENEFITS OF MS TREATMENTS?
Investigators want to know how people living with MS weigh risks against benefits when choosing MS therapies. If you have MS, you are invited to take a 20-minute survey funded by the National MS Society and developed by Robert Fox, MD, and colleagues at the Cleveland Clinic and the MS patient registry NARCOMS. Click here to participate in this survey.

GET CONNECTED, MAKE A DIFFERENCE
We want to match you to the perfect opportunity that meets your needs and abilities so that together we can do more.
