MIND & BODY: A WINNING TEAM IN STRESS MANAGEMENT - MAY 10
Stress is an unavoidable part of life and often has many sources. Living with MS can add to this stress. While most people are familiar with the many ways that stress can adversely affect their health, many people are less aware of the potential benefits of stress. Stress can be a signal that things are out of balance and can motivate people to make needed changes. It's not unusual for people to find themselves in a vicious cycle of stress and ineffective coping, which can result in even more stress. Learning how to interrupt and change the direction of this challenging cycle is critical. This goal is more likely to be achieved when your mind and body work as a team.

Brought to you by Can Do MS and the National MS Society. Register for this upcoming telelearning and others by visiting our website.
