PILATES OFFERED IN NEW ORLEANS Join NOLA Pilates for a beginner-friendly class focused on balance, posture, core stability and gait as it pertains to managing common MS symptoms. Most of the exercises will be performed on a floor mat or in a chair, and any standing exercises can easily be modified to a seated posture.
