Living Well With MS
For a person living with multiple sclerosis, the road to wellness involves more than treatment of the disease. Equally important are health promotion and prevention strategies: nutrition, exercise, emotional health, and more. Whatever your stage of disease progression, there are simple things you can do to live your best life with MS.

- Learn what it means to be a Volunteer Wellness Partnership Cultivator and help bring wellness options to your community.
- Learn from your peers! Search the discussion boards, online groups and blogs on MSConnection.org to learn more about how to get started with a wellness program, or to share ideas of what works and what doesn't.
- Like us on Facebook! Every Wednesday, we offer a Wellness tip, motivation or research finding. Share with us what you are doing to stay healthy and active!

A RIDE WITH A MISSION! This weekend, the National MS Society's largest fundraiser - the 30th Annual BP MS 150 - takes off from Houston to Austin to raise a record-breaking $18.5 million to help bring us closer to a world free of MS. pharmaceutical company, especially as they relate to clinical research.
