MS SYMPTOMS WEBINAR Can Do MS offers a monthly webinar you can participate in from the comfort of your home, free of charge. The next session is tonight, September 9, and is titled "MS Symptoms Part II: Managing Mood and Cognitive Issues." Many individuals living with MS will experience changes in their emotions and their cognitive function over time. Please join speech and language pathologist, Jeff Hodgson and psychologist, Peggy Crawford for a discussion about recognizing these changes, and the relationship between mood and cognitive, and strategies for effective coping. GET CONNECTED: BIKE MS Join the festivities at Bike MS: The Mother Road Ride, September 20-21 at the Lincoln County Agri-Civic Center in Chandler, OK. Come for all or part of the 2 day experience. BOARD NOMINATIONS NOW ACCEPTED Individuals interested in being considered for nomination to the National MS Society South Central Board of Trustees should submit a letter of interest and a biography, along with full name, mailing address, email and phone number. Nominees will be notified of board member expectations, responsibilities, and fiduciary and time commitments. Final candidates will be interviewed by a member of the Governance Committee. Please submit nominations to Mark Neagli by November 15.
